Following the fantastic success of our new cat and dog insurance products in Sweden, we are strengthening our local team. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of our expansion in Sweden and help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.

ManyPet’s vision is to become ‘every pet lover’s favourite insurer’. As part of that vision, our partner- and distributions channels play a central role in our growth and making sure that ManyPets is no longer the best kept secret in insurance!

We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious and innovative partnerships expert to help us realise our opportunities within the rapidly growing pet and insurance industries.

Reporting to our Managing Director, Sweden, you will define and deliver the partnership strategy and plan for the growth of ManyPets in Sweden. As our senior partnership expert, you will develop our partnership function, and drive all our partnership to greater success. You will coach and lead a partnership coordinator and be part of the global commercial community to leverage best practise learnings, building networks and developing proposition and business cases.

While direct experience in Insurance, Insurtech or the Pet sector isn’t essential, it’s important to have a good understanding and enthusiasm for the transformations in these industries.

Your key responsibilities

How you’re measured

  • Define and deliver the Partnership strategy and plan for growth of ManyPets in Sweden.
  • Identify new innovative partner- and distribution opportunities, and create pipeline management.
  • Develop and drive value proposition and business case process.
  • Lead and onboard partners consistent with our business model and core values.
  • Monitor and report on partnership acquisition and renewal metrics.
  • Develop and coach Partnership coordinator to deliver against objectives and OKRs, and ensure personal development is supported.
  • Build and optimising our relationships to drive efficiencies and maximise revenue long-term.
  • Personally, own and manage top-tier partners that can transform our business.
  • Build close working partnerships with other teams at ManyPets (e.g. Marketing, Product, Tech and Operations teams) to ensure that we can quickly launch and optimise partnerships effectively.
  • Work closely with Sweden Managing Director and CCO, Marketing and Finance Team.
  • Ensure ManyPets partnerships complies with local and EU law on insurance distributions, e.g. IDD.

What you bring

Knowledge

  • Astute as to what can make a commercially successful partnership.
  • Experienced partner and sales expert, with knowledge about developing strong value propositions, business case and sales pitches.
  • Experienced in developing a multi-year partnership strategy.
  • Track record of developing strategic partnerships and realising innovations solutions.
  • Ongoing management and relationship skills.
  • Commercial terms and how to construct them for mutual advantage.
  • Knowledge about negotiation, contracts and binding agreements.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Collaborative approach – used to working in partnership both locally and across matrixed global teams to unsure successful delivery of company OKRs.
  • Good understanding of key trends in insurance, insurtech and pet sectors.

  • Comfortable with financial products and a regulatory environment.
  • Ideally experience working in a scale-up organisation.
  • Understanding of working internationally in a matrixed organisation.

Salary

up to SEK 53,000 per month

Hours of work

Our standard working week is 37.5 hours, typically 09:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday Swedish time. Hybrid working with a requirement to be part in the office.
