Job summary

ManyPets is looking for a profoundly analytical and commercially driven Growth Marketer to join the US Marketing team. Reporting to the US Director of Growth & Partnerships, this role will ideate, test, and optimize multiple touchpoints throughout the consumer funnel. You'll assist in developing an omnichannel strategy and managing the execution and performance across channels like paid search, paid social, podcasts, influencers, and more. You'll also be responsible for finding new avenues of growth for the business and setting go-to-market strategies for future product feature launches.

Your key responsibilities

  • Brief, publish, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns across all paid digital platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute creative placements, landing pages, and audiences to scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Provide weekly data performance recaps, including actionable insights and suggestions to support our continued growth for new and existing business lines.
  • Research and leverage industry and channel trends, and perform competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. 
  • Foster a high-velocity and high-integrity experimentation environment while collaborating with cross-functional partners on growth marketing tests, designs, and measurements.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Product Design, Engineering, and Customer Care teams to improve ROAS.

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • You have previous commercial experience working in growth and/or performance marketing.
  • You have aptitude in and passion for paid search, social media, and the broader Direct Response ad industry, stay ahead of cutting-edge trends and channel developments, and can establish yourself as the in-house subject matter expert.
  • You are adept at carefully monitoring and measuring performance, running A/B tests, gathering insights, and continually optimizing channels to their fullest extent.
  • You understand the nuances and complexities of data but act as a simplifier, realizing that data and insights are only powerful if they drive action.

Hours of work

Our standard working week is 37.5 hours, typically 09:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday. Hybrid working plus travel to our New York.
