  • Any adjustments made to your insurance policy during the policy term;

  • Any relevant renewal dates;
  • Website navigational information.

What we do with this information

We require this information to better understand your needs and provide you with a better service and in particular for the following reasons:

Our website is hosted on a cloud services provided by and Heroku, which are both hosted on Amazon Web Services. Any information provided to us will be available to our application and to these providers.

We use high level encryption software to prevent access to your personal information. Unfortunately, the internet is never a completely secure environment and we cannot guarantee that hackers or unauthorised personnel will not gain access to your personal information despite our best efforts.

We cannot protect, nor does this Privacy Policy apply to, any information that you transmit to other users of the Website. You should never transmit personal or identifying information to other users.


Like most websites, we use cookies and weblog files to track site usage and trends. A cookie is a small data file, typically of letters and numbers, downloaded to a device when a user accesses a certain websites. The only cookies we use are ‘analytical cookies’. They allow us to count the number of visitors and identify which pages are being viewed or used with the sole purpose of analysing data about webpage traffic and to improve our website in order to tailor it to our customers needs. We do not store unencrypted personally identifiable information in the cookies.

We use Google Analytics to help analyse use of our website. This analytical tool collects standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. Communications to non-users

Any communications initiated as a user of our Website (for example: An invitation to a non-user through your social media contacts) will list your primary email address and name in the header of the message. Messages you initiate may also provide aggregate information about your contacts but will not list personally identifiable information of those you are directly connected with.

We will never communicate directly with your contacts until they have registered as a user through direct access to our Website or by your invitation.

Controlling your information

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under The Act. A small fee may be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to us using the Contact Us page.

If you believe any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct or remove any information found to be incorrect.

You have the right to close your account and request that your personal information be removed from our website. If you close your account, we have no obligation to retain your information and may delete any or all of your account information without liability.

Please be aware that if you request a change of details and or account closure, we may retain residual information about you in our backup and/or archival copies of our database. In addition our database may still contain information linked to you and other users (for example: your details as introducer for another user that registered to our site as a result of your invitation).
