Multi-pet insurance for dogs and cats

A multi-pet policy covers the same things as a normal pet insurance policy. The main part of the policy is cover for vet fees to treat your pet for an accident or illness. All our policies give you unlimited, 24/7 online vet advice.

Pet insurance won’t cover things like routine procedures, vaccinations or grooming.

If you're insuring more than one pet with us then you'll automatically get a 15% multi-pet discount. You can mix-and-match pet insurance choosing a different level of vet fee cover for each of your pet's, including their own optional extras.

We offer a digital, paperless claims process.   The quickest, most convenient way to make a claim is online via My Account. Because you can easily submit all the information we'll need straight away (like invoices and your pets medical history), it helps us process your claim much faster.

You can also give us a call on 0345 646 1213 - our friendly team are always happy to help. 

You can track the progress of your claim by logging into My Account and clicking on 'My claims'. Don't worry if you haven't heard from us yet - if we've emailed you to say we've received your claim, we'll get in touch if we need any more information from you or your vet.

Yes, you can get a 15% Multi-pet discount for older pets and there’s no upper age limit for pets to be insured.

However, if you take out a policy with us after your pet's 9th birthday, you'll need to pay a compulsory excess of £99 and a 20% co-payment of each claim. If you join before your pet's 9th birthday, their excess will be a minimum of £69 (unless you chose a higher excess), plus 20% co-payment of each claim.

We also don’t cover death from illness once a pet turns nine.

If your pet has been free from signs, symptoms, treatment, medication or advice for the last two years, you’ll likely be able to pick any of our policies. Our Multi-pet discount will be applied if you insure more than one pet with us, as part of your multi-pet mix-and-match.

If your pet has had signs, symptoms, treatment, medication or advice for an issue within the last two years, it’s classed as pre-existing. We can cover those conditions under our Pre-existing policy, once they’ve been free from treatment, medication or advice for three months.

You can insure up to five pets (cats and dogs combined) on the same policy when buying our insurance online. However, if you wish to add more pets you can – just give our friendly customer service team a call and they’ll sort it for you.
