NatWest customer reviews
As NatWest’s travel insurance is only available through their premium bank accounts, we couldn’t find reviews specifically for the service.
However, on choosewisely.co.uk, Natwest’s Platinum account received 2 out of 5 stars, based on 125 reviews.
Additionally, on a trip advisor board, a customer made the following comment about NatWest’s travel insurance service:
“I was very ill on the plane last May and ended up in Orlando Regional Medical Centre. Long story short my medical bills totalled £35k. I have my insurance with Natwest Advantage Gold and they paid for everything and rang me up on a number of occasions to check on my health and see if I needed anything else.”
As far as we could tell, that particular account is no longer available through Natwest, but the comment can be seen as representative of the service.
