Woof & Brew promotion terms and conditions - Gundog Journal
1. The promoter is: Bought By Many Ltd (“BBM”) (company no. 7886430) whose registered office is at 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD.
2. The promotion is for a Woof&Brew pet treat box (the “Promotion”) which will only be sent if you buy a BBM pet insurance policy (“Policy”) directly from the links or phone number provided on promotional material such as print adverts, direct mail, leaflets or online adverts and your Policy remains active for 15 days after inception date.
3. The Promotion ends at 23:59 on 31 December 2021 (“Closing Date”). To be eligible to receive a treat box you must purchase a Policy before 23:59 on the Closing Date. All Policy purchased after the Closing Date shall not qualify for the Promotion.
4. In order to redeem the Promotion in the Woof&Brew website, an e-mail with a code voucher will be sent to you within two weeks of your Policy having been active for 15 days.
5. BBM will not accept:
a. responsibility for Promotion entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Promotion.
6. Descriptions or depictions of the treat box are for illustrative purposes only and the treat box you receive may differ.
7. BBM reserves the right to substitute or remove items in the treat box.
8. BBM reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
9. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. A vet should be consulted if you are unsure about feeding your pet any items contained within the treat box.
10. There is no entry fee for entering into the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. BBM is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion.
12. The Promotion is as stated in these terms and conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
13. BBM’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.
14. Any personal data relating to the Promotion will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to BBM's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://manypets.com/uk/privacy/
15. BBM cannot guarantee when the treat box will be delivered.
16. The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who have purchased a Policy before the Closing Date.
17. In accepting and redeeming the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Promotion. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
