As part of creating insurance pet owners can love we put a huge emphasis on the help and support we offer.
Whether it's explaining how different pet insurance policies work, paying a claim for vital treatment of comforting a pet owner coping with loss, we care about our customers.
And it's fantastic to see so many of you love what we're doing. In the past 12 months we received more than 9,500 5-star reviews.
The Platinum award is given to companies that have won the Gold award for three consecutive years. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service prize is awarded to those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year, and have achieved an average score of at least 4.5.

Our team on the phones are available Mon-Sat and are here to help customers and cat and dog owners who are interested in our cover with any questions they have. They know our policies inside out.
We want to make sure they're available for our customers and because we're growing so quickly (we hit 100,000 policyholders in 2019) we opened a new office in Birmingham last year so we could expand our customer service team.
