The office

In 2017 we converted a former industrial space in Farringdon into a new office. It was specifically designed to meet our needs and acts as a hub for the business. There’s a cross-section of departments based in London and staff are regularly joined by colleagues visiting from our Birmingham and Haywards Heath offices.

Creating a fun and supportive working environment is important to us. That’s why we hold regular social events. If you fancy a games night in the office or dinner in one of the many local restaurants, we’ve always got something in the diary. We also love to be spontaneous, and celebrate our successes with some impromptu pizza and drinks in the office social area.

Outside the office, Farringdon is a great place to work. It’s one of Central London’s most historic areas, characterised by a busy yet easy-going vibe during office hours. At lunch time, many office workers can be found exploring the district’s two popular markets, Leather Lane and Exmouth Market, both of which are a real attraction for street food-lovers.

Centrally located, Farringdon has great transport links. The National Rail station is a stop on the Thameslink line and Farringdon's Underground train station is served by the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan tube lines.

To create an insurance policy that actually makes insurance better for everyone, companies need to look beyond just making things clearer and fairer.
