ManyPet’s vision is to become ‘every pet lover’s favourite insurer’. As part of that vision, our partner- and distributions channels play a central role in our growth and making sure that ManyPets is no longer the best kept secret in insurance!

We’re looking for dedicated and customer centric partnership coordinator, who will report to our Senior Partnership Manager, and work closely together to grow and optimize our partnership and distribution channels.

As Partnership Coordinator, you will support the implantation of the partnership strategy and plan for the growth of ManyPets in Sweden. You will be involved from the beginning - identifying new business opportunities, pipeline management, and supporting the onboarding process of new partnerships. As well as building strong relation and managing the day-to-day partnership relations and performance.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Partnership strategy and plan for growth.
  • Research prospects and market potential according to pipeline and strategy.
  • Own and manage the day-to-day partnership relations and performance.
  • Be first point of contact for our partners for reporting, invoices, issues etc.
  • Manage the on-boarding process with UTM links, reporting etc.
  • Develop ad copy/creative materials/content implement and optimize with partner.
  • Identify and share best practise initiatives from other successful partnership.
  • Support Partnership Manager in developing sales material, presentation and collecting data/reporting.
  • Manage and maintain the partnership reporting and pipeline management up to date.
  • Deliver actions to optimize new and current partnership.
  • Create joint partnership campaigns that will strengthen the partnership and drive growth.
  • Build close working partnerships with other teams at ManyPets (e.g. Marketing, Product, Tech and Operations teams) to ensure that we can quickly launch and optimise partnerships effectively.
  • Ensure ManyPets partnerships complies with local and EU law on insurance distributions, e.g. IDD.

  • Ideally experience working in a scale-up organisation.
  • Understanding of working internationally in a matrixed organisation.

What you bring

Knowledge

  • Experienced coordinator and/or project manager.
  • Experienced in partnership account management.
  • Track record of manage and implement complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability of building strong relationships.
  • Experienced in developing creative materials, ads/content.
  • Competence in Microsoft office and google analytics.
  • Understanding of stakeholder management.

Salary

SEK 29,500-34,500 per month

Hours of work

Our standard working week is 37.5 hours, typically 09:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday Swedish time. Hybrid working with a requirement to be part in the office.
