We are a small team working across the whole business and we’re strongly connected to it on a day to day basis, which makes us visible, approachable and accessible.

We lead on a wide range of employment matters and deliver services that support these, including people strategy, resourcing, recruitment, managing change, performance and development, employee relations, wellbeing, rewards and benefits, office management, payroll, and the social side of the business. The breadth of our remit means there’s always a wide variety of stuff going on and no two days are alike. 

Each of our sites has its own character and we work hard to create a great working environment at them all. We’ve helped increase staff numbers by over 150% in 3 years, including setting up new offices in Birmingham. We’ve established an active social side to the business and put in place better wellbeing benefits.
