The department

Our Operations team includes a wide range of functions delivering services to our customers and also across the business. This includes customer support, claims, customer experience, project management, business analysis and compliance.

 Already in 2020, our Cat & Dog insurance products have earned us Feefo’s Platinum Award for holding their gold standard three years in a row, and our Exotic Direct and Pet Plan Sanctuary products have earned their Gold Award. We were also very proud to be voted by customers as the Moneywise Most Trusted Pet Insurer 2019. 

 We want this success to continue and that means giving pet owners a superior customer experience when they buy, renew and claim with us. Our Customer Support and Claims teams play a crucial role in achieving this, backed up by specialists who design customer journeys, do customer research, handle complaints, and ensure we meet regulatory requirements – all with the aim of continuous improvement. 

Our Business Analysts and Project Managers work right across the business to define and deliver the new systems and other changes we need to put in place to keep improving our service levels and make our business the best it can be.
