The department

Insurance isn’t an industry known for its innovation but working in our Product and Partnership team is where you can help change this image.

We’ve introduced products and partnerships that have not only challenged industry norms but more importantly, were created to actually serve the needs of pet owners.

Before launching the first of our cat and dog policies, we listened to the thoughts of thousands of pet owners. In response we created the policies they said they wanted but couldn’t find. Since then we’ve developed a range of new and innovative products, partnerships and features to help improve the customer experience in pet insurance.

Our desire to do things differently continues with our partnership work. We’ve been working hard to develop partnerships that will give us new distribution channels and cross sell our policies.

Why join Bought By Many.

Why join Bought By Many

We're a high-growth and multi-award-winning fintech business on a mission to create better insurance for everyone. We’re driving unprecedented change in insurance and have doubled our business annually for the last 3 years, with more ambitious growth to come.

Award-winning innovative technology and exceptional customer service are at the heart of our offer. We now rank 37th on the Tech Track 100 (2019), hold both Platinum and Gold Feefo Awards (2020), and have been voted by customers as the Most Trusted Pet Insurer (Moneywise 2019).

We do things differently and are proud of it. We move fast, and our people have to be super-flexible and able to deliver at pace. In return, we offer stimulating work, supportive colleagues, opportunities for growth, and a fun informal working environment where everyone can thrive and deliver their best.

Our UK sites are in Farringdon (London), Haywards Heath (Sussex) and Birmingham, and we have start-up operations in both Sweden and the US.

To create an insurance policy that actually makes insurance better for everyone, companies need to look beyond just making things clearer and fairer.
