Insurance isn’t an industry known for its innovation but working in our Product and Partnership team is where you can help change this image.

We’ve introduced products and partnerships that have not only challenged industry norms but more importantly, were created to actually serve the needs of pet owners.

Before launching the first of our cat and dog policies, we listened to the thoughts of thousands of pet owners. In response we created the policies they said they wanted but couldn’t find. Since then we’ve developed a range of new and innovative products, partnerships and features to help improve the customer experience in pet insurance.

Our desire to do things differently continues with our partnership work. We’ve been working hard to develop partnerships that will give us new distribution channels and cross sell our policies.
